Subscriptions

Pianotify offers monthly and yearly premium subscriptions. Plans and prices are displayed on the pricing page and include applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until the period ends. No partial refunds are provided unless required by law.

Trial Period

New subscribers may receive a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid plan starts automatically at the regular rate.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you request immediate access to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right once delivery starts.

Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices for future terms. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected.
