You can use Pianotify for free and indefinitely. But to access some features, a premium account is required.

You have two possible choices: either you import a midi file with drag&drop, so you can play it immediately, or you upload a midi file and/or a PDF score, and/or a video cover URL, with titles, descriptions etc.

Importing a midi file is quick and instant, and you can start learning the song right away, but it's not saved. You will have to restart the import if you close your browser.

Upload allows you to save a midi file, and/or a PDF score and/or a cover video from YouTube. You must also specify an artist, title etc.

Yes, certainly. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will only be charged for the current billing period. At the end of the current period, your subscription will not automatically renew.

You will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of the paid period, and no further billing will occur thereafter.
